1. Acceptance
By accessing or using NileNest (nilenest.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the directory
You may browse the directory for personal and commercial purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or re-publish directory data in bulk without prior written permission from NileNest.
3. Listing submissions
By submitting a listing, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to represent the entity being listed. We reserve the right to reject, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion.
4. Prohibited content
Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or illegal. Listings for entities with no genuine Africa connection will be removed. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
5. Intellectual property
All content on NileNest (design, copy, code) is owned by NileNest or its licensors. Listing content (names, logos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective companies. NileNest is granted a license to display listing content on the platform.
6. Disclaimers
NileNest is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of directory listings or the suitability of any company for investment or partnership. Use of the directory is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
NileNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory or any reliance on information contained therein.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
